Yes, a non-refundable registration fee of $20.00 is required for each child upon enrollment. This fee secures your child’s placement and begins the registration process.
How much is the weekly childcare payment and when is it due?
Weekly tuition is $235.00 and is due on or before Friday, regardless of attendance. Late payments may incur a $25.00 fee, and services may pause until the balance is fully paid.
What are the hours of operation for childcare services?
Care is available 24 hours from Monday at 6:30am through Friday at 6:30pm, with first and second shift options. Families will also receive at least four weeks’ notice for any scheduled closures, including summer vacation.
What happens if I am late for drop-off or pick-up?
Late arrivals or pick-ups outside agreed hours may result in additional fees starting at $10.00. Continued delays are charged incrementally, though prior arrangements may help reduce extra charges.
What meals and daily essentials are provided or required?
Nutritious meals and snacks are provided daily, with accommodations for dietary needs when communicated in advance. Parents are responsible for supplying personal items such as clothing, diapers, and labeled feeding supplies when needed.
